and other industrial equipment; degreasing small parts
in immersion applications. Mild pleasant odor.
Low foaming. Easy rinsing. Contains no toxic
solvents, free alkalies, acids or abrasives.
How &
Why ForceField® Tar-X Works
ForceField® Tar-X
is formulated with a unique
combination of proprietary dissolvents and surfactants
that provide the means for this product to cut through
and dissolve a wide variety of problematic soils such as
grease, oil, tar, asphalt, creosote, gear oil, adhesive,
tree sap, resin, glue and much more.
Applications
For tar and asphalt removal spray ForceField® Tar-X Industrial Solvent undiluted onto the equipment to
be cleaned and allow to set for several minutes
depending on level of contamination or build up.
Agitate with a brush and hose water rinse if
necessary. If rinsing is not necessary residual TAR-X
will prevent initial sticking upon next use.
Small pieces of equipment can be immersion soaked
for a few minutes and hosed off with water.
For general cleaning and degreasing pour 4 to 6 ounces of ForceField® Tar-X
into a gallon of water (warm preferred) and applied by
swab to greasy equipment, floors, walls, decks, or any
heavily soiled surface. Allow setting for a few minutes
depending on soil level and rinse with water. May be
used in parts washers depending on compatibility of
components. (Viton seals or similar required.)
For sewage plants ForceField® Tar-X Industrial Solvent, whether slug dosed or meter dripped,
reduces build up of bio-masses in or on; pipes,
treatment equipment, drains, tanks, traps, decks,
filters, grates, lift stations, wells, and everywhere.
